Conference facilities are available for US$70 per day. Catering can be arranged also if required.

The Octagon is a very large hall, and is attached to the apartments, pool, and coffee shop - ideal for groups (divers, hikers, etc) that want to cut overall costs (using camp beds plus access to washing, pool, catering facilities). There is a coffee shop/photography gallery on site where you can enjoy a coffee with croissant or pastries. In the evenings, they have occasional music sessions with local and international musicians. Parties for special occasions can be catered for.

On arrival at Turtle Bay Apartments, they will supply you with a pack detailing sites to visit, activities available, and local services such as restaurants, supermarkets, and car rental. They can also arrange excursions and taxis for you.

Food Pack

The Turtle Bay Apartment provides Food Packs for a minimum fee ( which is to be paid at the Apartment on your arrival):

Pack 1 (50 EC or 20 US): Eggs, Milk, Bread, Jam,Pasta and Drinks

Pack 2: ( 100 EC or 36 US): Eggs, Milk, Bread, Jam,Pasta and Drinks, Fish or Meat and Vegetables

Cancellations made 30 days or more in advance will result in full refund.

Cancellations made within 15 days will result in a 50% refund.

Cancellations made after 15 days will result in NO Refund.
